The rear turn signal looks to be missing, so replacement needed.
The right side cover, if your in a bind, could be sanded out to look decent again. BTW, it is interestign that the XJ alternator cover does nto have the bolts in the middel part fo it like the XS does. Also it is the only X series 1100 to have the YICS system so onyl the XJ will have that on the cover.
Amazing that it tore the sparkplug boot but did not get any of the fins on the head. Heck either tape it up or buy all four new they're about $5 a pop I think at Napa IIRC.
The worst of the damage looks to be the engine guard and the header. The header being the tougher part to get replacement for.
Mirror should be locatable, enough folks bobbing them out seem to ditch them for bar end mirrors or the like.
Tank is just paint form the looks of it, and I personally straightened out a worse mishap with ym front headlight bracket and turn signals, most folks that see my bike would never know unless I tell them.
The foot, well, that will heal all by its lonesome.
