Just before I left Talihina to come home... the much "wiser than I" Guru... Bohn Frazer told me this piece of advice when he heard me voicing concern about the "dependability factor" of my bike, since it was my first time to ride 300 miles to home alone...
"Bob", he said, "it's not about the ride, it's about the adventure. If the ride's uneventful, that's good... but will you remember that one, or will you ever forget the Colorado ride, OR this one? It's the things that happen while on the ride that makes it an adventure."
You know what, Harry... he's right, as usual.
Thanks for being a part of my "adventure" so far.
It was really great to finally meet you, and a pleasure to ride w/ ya.
I look forward to many more future posts, & the "adventure" rides w/ ya.
