Lee had a pulmonary embolism in the ambulance on the way to Fort Smith. He was already gone when they got him to the hospital in Peoteau. Terry made it down here but too late. She is now here in Talihina with us. She has some family on the way that will be here in the morning.

My prayers go out to his family and friends. I'm sick thinking of the pain that is caused by losing a loved one.

My thoughts go out to Lee's family! If there is anything I can do from out here, please let me know.
All I can think is that Lee must have had SOMETHING go wrong, as he would NOT have just drifted off into the tree. I just hope he went out knowing he was riding with friends, and that we all will remember him....

                        Terrible News

                        My condolences to the family.

I never met Lee, but I'm sure he was a good man from what I have heard and read.

I'm sorry for his family, and for those of you who have lost a personal friend.

Please pass on my sympathies to his family friends. I did not know him personally myself, but from reading his posts, he came across as someone I'd have been happy to call a friend.

Be it ones time to go or not, loosing someone close is always hard to deal with. Some people like to talk about it and hear the support come in, others wish to have the silent "we're here for you if you need us" kind of support. I'm sure that which ever kind of support is needed, it can and will be found here for those that choose to look.
