    Will these work to replace the tiller bars.

    Now how long will this process take? andy tips?

    Any 7/8" bars will work. You just have to be aware of any change in distance for the cables. I've never done it myself, but looking at the pieces involved, if all the old cables can still be used, you're probably looking at a 20 minute process. Maybe less...

      This is actually a fairly popular change. Many suggest the goldwing bars I believe.

      As to time, well, depends how many beers you got around.

        I did it on Rhona, much to my wrists' relief. Cables fit okay, but had to get a longer brake line. I think I used '79 Wing bars. Really doesn't take long at all. As to tips, don't forget that the elec connection to the master cyl. has a little tab underneath to push up on as you pull the connection out.
