I have looked at the replacement covers, what I don't have is a seat pant that goes on the '80 special. Did find a outfit that custom makes seats for $500USD +freight.

Christ, this is really getting to me.

Check JC Whitney. They have a double bucket seat with custom molded pan for $210 in a catalog a guy here at work has.

I'd try Russ79 here on the forum first and see what he has...

It's really not that hard. Go to ebay, do a search for xs1100 parts, check the seats out, find a 80 xs1100 special seat,or what ever you are looking for,one that states it doesn't have any rips and is in good condition. In the last few moments of the auction bid what you are willing to pay. That way you don't run the price up and you never spend too much. The bid only goes as high as another bidder bids. Heck, I'd do it for you for $20. I could get a good seat for $125, as low as $50 in the winter. Look for good feedback and clear pics. Or just look up ac911 he's got everthing else.

Hey, do they usually keep them in stock?! My seat is about the most worn out part on my girl.

I don't think they keep any in stock, but if you call them in advance, and tell them that you will pick it up in person, they will have it ready for you when you get here. They have elves that custom make each order. Wildkat and trbig both are using their product, and are very pleased with it.
