You got the linked thumbnail as well as a URL link posted, but IF you want the photos to show full size directly in your post, then you want to copy what Photobucket shows as the IMG tag, then paste it in your message, you don't have to use the Insert Image button because Photobucket puts them in the link they provide already, and then they will look like below!
Just put a carriage return/..hit the ENTER button to create a new line before posting the subsequent photos, otherwise, they will end up SIDE by SIDE instead of stacked atop each other, causes too much side scrolling!
Very Nice, pipes, drilled rotors, etc.!!!

Ya keep me / us posted. I will so have my 1179 kitted bike ready to tune. It's a 78 standard that is similar but I don't have hot cams. Did you also do the valve springs and if so where did you get them. Same for cams?

Thanks for the complements and the tips on posting pictures.I know when we do it wrong we make it harder for you.You guys are great. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you at rallies this year. Terry

Mega Cycle somewhere in CA. I got the cams reground to to different specs and hp valve springs. The gal that answers the phone knows her stuff and can answer a lot of questions. If you can't locate them email me and I will have my wife dig up the records from last year and get you the the number. I should know more on the carb tuning next week, will advise. Terry

Terry, At 4 turns out, I would go up one size on the pilot jet. For the mid-range lag, run it there for about 30 seconds, and chop the throttle to read the plugs. That should tell you if you are a little lean or rich. JAT
NICE looking bike!
Mega-Cycle is in The Los Angeles area. About 375 miles South of me.

I thought the same thing about the pilots but that is where dyno jet recommends to start. That is a great idea though to use plugs to get the mid range set,I'll pick up some new plugs and give that a try.thanks Terry

Well Rob the 144 mains were slower than the 140's but there wasn't much difference,So I changed them back. This weekend I'm going to resync and put in some new plugs. Then I can read the plugs and get rid of that little miss I have at mid throttle.I'll post my findings on the tech forum when I get it 100 % right. Terry

Ok I synced the carbs yesterday and the closer I got it to being right on the harder it was to keep it running. After they were synced the bike wouldn't idle worth beans. After getting frustrated a while I calmed down and remembered what DiverRay had said about the pilots.I readjusted them to 2 turns and she started purring.I think dynojet had a misprint when they recommended 4 turns on the pilots. That also fixed the stumble I was getting at mid throttle. So here is the settings I ended up with dj 140 main,2nd slot needle,1 3/4 turns 0n pilots.
