True 'dat! Plus there are a few people on here who have just about any mechanical part you could want at really good prices. It's just screws, metal, oil, springs, and maybe some blood off your knuckles. To me, it makes the whole bike a lot more enjoyable when you can stand back and smile knowing you were the one who took it from sick or dying to roaring like it was brand new. A definite feeling of satisfaction.

      From the photo

      Lessee now,
unslotted front rotors (rear rotor IS slotted). Front end damage & earlier wheel?
Forks look straight, check frame for decreased steering head rake after collision?
4 into 1 has made the centerstand unusable or was it removed for style's sake?
Same with the cast grab rail and what exactly holds the rear light on now it's gone?
Matte black paint? Not everyone's choice but WTF. The seat looks real nice though.
Admittedly I paid a grand for mine in pretty rough shape but that was in 78 cent Canadian dollars and XS11s are real scarce in Saskatoon.
