Definitely planning a ride this weekend, got out for about an hour or so today. A little chilly, fingers did not like it. Otherwise a nice ride though.Last edited by DGXSER; 03-04-2009, 09:23 PM.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

I was playing around with the features of the board this morning and I created a social group named SWOXS. I'm not sure exactly how it differs from a normal forum or thread, but I thought it might be worth checking out.
Thoughts? Opinions? Insults?
I can handle any of the above.I know this, because Tyler knows this.

I really have no idea if, or how, the social group is any better than a typical thread. Time will tell.I know this, because Tyler knows this.

it may eventually take over for this thread, who would've thought 6 months ago that this thread, predominately posted to by 6 or 7 guys would end up being 9 or 10 pages with over 130 posts to it? not me, I figured we'd all post 'til we got together and did the ride, then use various other means of communication, apparently I was mistaken, huh. I do think it's kind of cool that it has taken on such size, but if it drifts back a page or two, it might just be easier to find the social group and add there. I dunno, I'll probably use both, just for good measure. Have a nice day and ride safeI am the Lorax, I speak for the Trees

Gotta agree with Matt. The social group (why does that sound like a cathouse to me?) looks like a good place for general rambling conversation (which seems to be our favorite kind ). For setting up rides and such the general area would probably be better as more people should see it, and I we may get more participation. Anyway, cudos to Eric for using his noodle.

Bill - for some reason that reminded me of Jethro when he was a 'double-ott spy'. lol

Bill - And I had completely forgotten about Ellie Mae wanting to be a double naught too. Classic episode. I liked the train horns on the pickups too. Reminds me of some drivers I used to know (the pickups need more chicken lights though ).I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.
