    No doubt, MRO, Bob ...

may have been a little better at it than me ... or most, for that matter. That SF of yours is a sweet bike for sure ... BUT ... what do you think HE did that job for?

I think it would help too ... ins company has no knowledge of Bob Jones and couldn't care less unless there was a receipt.

what do you think HE did that job for?

Pretty sure there were at least 3 PO's.
When I asked Bob he would not say, but did say it depended on if the bike had been provided by the customer or was one he had acquired, refurbished and sold.
Don't think he sold many less than $10,000.00 but you could have any level of work done at his shop. He aimed to please.

Mine had been chromed, polished and painted, and his ignition and tank logo installed.
Most Xsellant job (aluminum not polished was chromed and if not chromed...painted.)
Have not taken the engine apart, but don't think it was souped up.
Custom seat may be from one of the PO's as well as the rear rack.
NOS Vetter from last PO. Bags, trunk and another Vettter on the other 79 special.

I believe that machines should be used. Have doubled the mileage in a year while the PO's were maybe weekend riders

Hope some of this may help, only one has anything close to a touring package, so I would assume that all of these are worth considerable less.

I was just trying to illustrate that most of these start around $2000 without any fairings/bags.
