Hmmm... missed the "Fully supportive, but doesn't help and doesn't go on back" option.

You need another category. My beautiful and sweet wife, The Asian Banshee, is fully supportive and rides with me. But help out? Turn a wrench?

      Yeah, right.

How about: Wanted nothing to do with the bike, so I got rid of her?

My wife doesn't ride, but doesn't mind if I do,and buys me goodies for my bike. However she has been talking about scooters a lot lately, says she wants to try one. hmmm!

My wife loves to ride with me, even gives me back rubs while riding. Is that driving under the influence?

Mostly #1 - loves it, rides her own, but doesn't do much of the mechanical work. Was interesting the year we met the group in Colorado and she got involved in jumping up and down trying to break the bead free on Squid's rear tire so we could change it out in the campground. By that time of night, I think she was the only one in the group with enough coordination left to actually land on the sidewall.

Yeah I know there were a few other options that I could have gone with - including the "HWMBO" but I am going to plead the "having troubles with my internet excuse". I am on vacation and am surviving with wireless hotel connections that really aren't the greatest so it's been hit or miss as to whether I could post anything at all.

Maybe, but I had bikes years before her, and then after we were married I bought the bike her brother was killed on, fixed it up, rode it for a bit then traded it, then her...

My lovely and gracious wife hates motorcycles, they scare the hell out of her. she won't get on mine, she doesn't like me riding, but has come to the conclusion that hell will freeze over before I will give up my bike. so she tolerates it, until I need to buy something for it, then it's all bad, too bad, she'll go before the bikes go . have a nice day and ride safe

                              The "Other woman"

SWMBO refers to Pathfinder as the other woman and was the one who suggested I offer Cindy the money for it. She has ridden a few times with me, but isn't really interested in riding. Likes it when I go for a ride, so she can get into house cleaning while I'm gone. Just can't get any better than that. Didn't seem to be a selection to vote on that fits......
