Bob Jones Custom Navy bike: Tkat brace, EBC floating rotors & SS lines, ROX pivot risers, Geezer rectifier, new 3H3 engine
"Not all treasure is silver and gold" -
Modified FJ1200 foam, cut to shape, held on with elastic.
If that were mine and I had the budget, I'd swap the tank for a standard and the headlight/clocks for a Special. I'd put something on it like a HOTWING seat and a shorty fender.

Well i only posted up for a laugh as it's in it's preliminary stages. It is what you lads call a Frankenbike, US import to UK, 2H7 model originally.
Anyway, thanks for the link to HOTWING, that has given me a few ideas to take to a fabricator that i know here.Comment

gee MaximPhil, look over the fence behind the 80, there are a few sheep in the background. Yup the green grass of a 1 acre front lawn. As for the Shakes, they are getting less, but having had over 4000 aftershocks since sept, tends to get on the nurves. Plaus the liqufaction that we had at the time of the quakes, deposited tonnes of silt over everything, this stuff when dryed out is like talcom powder, when you try to ride anywhere in Christcurch it is on the roads.. mate it is slippery stuff, so Im not riding my bike till next summer till it is all cleaned up. Dont want a repair job ....which would mean a ripped seat..http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q...e/DSC00009.jpg

Ride?
Nice looking E model, but with no carbs and brake light lens, doesn't look like you ride it much. I have those items if you need them....You can't stay young forever, but you can be immature for the rest of your life...
