I work construction and am off all winter so in the winter I am on 2 or 3 times a day. In the summer when I get the time. I ride a lot with the Patriot Guard in the summer so don't get the time.

The poll needs a button for irregularly.

I tend to be here more in the off season but then again sometimes I get busy and don't get back for a while. Other times I'm here every day. When I'm getting PM's I'm back right away to check in on those.

On the site lots, reading mostly, post occasionally. What was that saying about being stupid and staying quiet as opposed to opening your mouth and removing all doubt?

              What they said

I log on several times a week. Don't always log on. I do really
enjoy the site. Not anywhere near good enough to post about
repairs and such. Not social enough to join in on the " gab"
sessions. Plus I type rrreeeaaallll sslooww.

"Sorry to hear of your troubles, Geezer..."

...need a button for irregularly... ...when I'm getting PM's
Sadly, there is no magic button to cure irregularity... nor the PMS that you say you get.

It varies between 'not often enough' to 'too damn much'.

No button for that so, I just took an average....

                      Been here a while

but I kinda dropped off when my Skoot caught fire and melted down. I went out and got another, a 1980 Special, just so I could keep my cool handle. Well, that and having an XSive ride! I'm coming back on and will try to check in at least every other day. The idle talk column is my favorite. Like to read post from my Brothers that I have met and ridden with.

My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
                      I've been riding since 1959.

                        Site Visits

I value the information available on this site and the willingness of the members to offer it to others greatly. I have learned a lot about these machines and have saved much time and money as a result of "listening" to the experiences/procedures within the site. Been a member and listening now for a little over a year.

Most of my past learning experience has come from hands-on and many, many service manuals of which I have amassed a fairly large library (mostly automobile/truck/off-road equipmment). The information available on XS11.com is like having a teacher with you while you are doing a repair. So, I am on here A LOT .

                        Thanks to you all, MP

Just wondering why a lurker would not sign up and enjoy asking questions in person. I know a lot would rather not, but if you want to know why not ask those who have gone before you???? It is the internet after all... who knows if you made yourself look like a dummy..(I Have many times over). Point is people just join in the fun.

my kids just walked past and said Dad that one doesn't have the correct response for you. Sometimes your on there all day.
I read past threads quite a bit and quiz myself for problem diagnosis. I wish though that some of the people who had problems would come back and post which suggestion solved their issue.
