ya know i was thinking about it and it would be kinda cool to plumb the cooler after the head since the oil is hotter coming out of there anyway, but there is really no way to do this that i can think.
      just brainstormin i guess

Is there really enough oil volume to bother with cooling out of the head?

well like in my last post, it isnt that much in the grand scheme of things. Look at your oil flow chart if you have a manual. In theory with lower volumes of oil going through the cooler, the amout of cooling done per unit volume will be greater because the oil is in the cooler longer than it would be if the feed was at the filter. Bet then, all that goes into a head that could be 300deg or more. Depending on your cimate that would be ok but I don't think I could get by with that in Texas traffic in the summer.

Yes they are the same plate. The hoses bolt onto the plate, there are no fittings threaded into the plate.

If you do that you will need the OEM steel lines for the cooler. They are the only items that will bolt up to the plate.

hey my signal lights have a new style of lights on them. i got some led lights in the place of the bulbs. the emergency lights flash ok but when i put the signals on the just stay on and dont flash. does this sound like a faulty flasher ? i seen there is two separate flashers. one for the emergency and one for the signals. i guess i thought if it was a light problem they wouldnt work on emergency flashers either. i tried a car 3 pronger and they didnt work at all.

The stock flasher relay is thermally activated. The LED lights don't draw enough current to run the flasher. You will have to get a 2-prong type.

This thread describes what to get.
