      Fairing...

I believe it's Pacifico as it says Yamaha on the side. I bought it with no covers, no headlight, no mount and it had heat damage on the left inside which I repaired by cutting out that part from a busted fairing and welded it in place of the melted part. You can't even see it unless you look close and nearly impossible to see when on the bike. It now includes everything, windshield, covers, headlight, turn signals, mount, and imbilical cord. Only thing not included are the lowers. I'm asking $250 plus shipping. If it goes to E-bay I will set my reserve at $300.

          Riding in the rain...

So, I'm not an XS owner... my legs are just way too short. Instead, here's my new baby. I done graduated from my little Rebel to a bigger Shadow. My friend DennyZ is braving a Pacific Northwest rainstorm and multiple cages on the slab to get her home for me... What a trooper! LOL Thank you Denny

I'm gonna try to post a few pics here. We shall see if I can figure it out.

And this is what I do for fun...

Well, I guess it's not gonna happen. I included the image URL in the IMG tag area and got the link, but not the photo. I also joined Photodump.com and am unable to upload anything... <sigh>

Oh well. Here are links to the photos.
            Enjoy! Stay dry!!

Congratulations!! Nice of DennyZ to ride in that liquid sunshine eh?

You have an awesome site, I've bookmarked it for later - thanks for sharing your art with us.

Your photos of Denny and your new scoot (love the colour) are here.
Why thank you, yes it is old and no, I don't want a new one.

Yeah, new bikes are always cool. Speaking of cool, I went riding tonight and man was it chilly. After the few days of rain, the dew point is really high and the temperature is kinda low. I froze my face because I could't put my visor down. No matter what, I fogged up beyond being able to see. Normally it doesn't, but because of all the moisture it wouldn't clear. Anyway, blue jeans are not good cold weather gear

Up here in British Columbia we call this time of year winter project time.
Put the bike away last week as we had our first snow.
You could probably ride most of the year here but why would anyone want to get road salt on any part of the bike.
It's hard enough to keep the oil off, wouldn't want to add salt pit to that.

I can relate to that. I have a hard enough time keeping my bike spotless, but down here, there is no salt. Just the occasional sand for those idiots who don't know how to drive on ice.
