  • Small sacrafises

I have learned a very important lesson. If you need a part get it while you can. When I first started gathering parts a couple-three years ago, there were tachs galore on ebay and they went for like ten buck. Well, recently I decided that it NEEDS to be replaced (doesn't give accurate or consistant readings). I haven't seen one for under $50 (special gauges, you can get those damn square standard gauges for practically nothing) in a LONG time. So, I decided to make a sacrafise and give up on the fuel light and got a tach for an 850. Good price though. Buy it now for $6!!

    850?

Isn't the 850 tach driven by a cable like the 750 was/is? My 750 had the tach driven by a cable.

Great now I have two tachs that don't work. Now remember kids, don't get in a hurry.
