I have a bunch of stuff that came off the parts bike that had a bad frame and a frozen motor, and other odds and ends I won't be needing. Most of the stuff I have no idea what I should ask, so shoot me an offer, and I'll only add what shipping is. I'll do my best to find the least expensive shipping.

0-80 standard speedo
frt &rear calipers- as is, need cleaning up
igniter unit from an 81 standard
stock Yamaha oil cooler- has the adapter plate, bolt, filter bowl, and housing bolt
XJ handlebars and top triple tree clamp
security chain and box - sort of like a bicycle lock
frt M/C - resevoir is rough
standard seat cowling - bottom holes are cracked
80/81 carb bodies
rear shocks - not great, but usable
2 special handlebars
misc electrical stuff
complete set of drilled brake discs - 5/16 holes in a swirl pattern
4 brass carb floats

I don't want to break them up because the holes were drilled in a CNC mill and they all match. Say $50+shipping for all three?

I also have 4 intake boots, the ones that go between the carbs and the motor. They are slightly cracked on the outside, but good on the inside. Make me an offer.

Dead Motor

I do have the motor off the parts bike, but it's a goner. The pistons are stuck solid in the cylinders. I found what sort of looked like a mouse skeleton in cylinder #3. I'm guessing the bike sat in the open with the plugs out of it. There are some parts that are ok, like the head, the middle drive, and anything that had a coat of oil to protect it. Right now I am taking it apart to see what is still usable.
