It would seem 1980 was a good sales year for the XS1100, especially the Special. I think Suzuki knocked them off the thrown with the GS1100 or maybe even a 16 valve GS1000. I'm not really up on my Suzuki history, so no one should quote me here.Marty (in Mississippi)

........till 83 when Honda's V65 Sabre kick everyones backside for its WHOLE 3yr. production.......then of course came the V-Max.......thenBusa......then a toss up depending on rider, the ZRX14.........then back to the NEW V-Max.....and now.......hanen't a clue
