Nice!..........right down to the STILL yellow plastic sheathing on the chained lock assembly:
Only change I see is the optional LOWER slide-in backrest from Yammy accessories of the day. The Venturer's all came with the taller, slighty tapered backrest with the zipper pouch on the back.
Have the lower one installed on mine, since it fit into the trunk recess nicely. Still have the original taller one.
Hi Brant, I did not know about the seat back rest. May have to look for one of those, Do you have a picture of your original one that you could send to me?
Thanks, Mike

You won't believe this Mike but I spoke with John about this bike just before I left for ID. I told him about my trip to pick up the LG and since he was vacationing we made arrangements for me to meet him Sat when he returned. I stopped by my bank and had things all set up, even had a check with me. Then mid week John texts me and tells me he sold it. Man I was pissed, but happy for somebody that got a great bike, especially knowing he had just taken a 500 mile trip with it with no problems. It has certainly found a good home but please don't post any pictures of it as my broken heart may not take it! Congrats and take care of it.
For your hearts sake Billy, most all have already seen pics of the original posting.

Hi Billy,
Wow is the first word that comes to mind after hearing your story. There was no harm intended - I promise. I had the same experience two times in the recent past as I have just barely missed a couple of similar examples. Can only assume that Lady Luck was riding with me (for a change).
I will rub some dirt on it if that helps. And I will not post any pictures just for you.
