Enough parts to make a running XJ with a lot of effort and a good clean it will be a fine machine.
I would not sit on the saddle for fear of catching something 
Certainly has a lot of pictures to show condition.
Not a bad price if you live close enough.

Yeah, it does look like it has spent most of its life sitting uncovered in an abandoned lot for 20+ years.
Mine at least was in a sun-baked outbuilding patio and accumulated a protective coating of dust over its 20+ year coma. Luckily my father-in-law stored parts like clutch plates and valves in oil baths. I think it cost around $800 - 1000 including tires to get it back on the road.
