That's expensive but worth it! And its still cheaper then the one I'm supposed to be getting from the Netherlands, I got a email a few days ago and they said the shipped it after they told me my order was canceled due to unavailability? And I'd already found one that was good in one of my spare wheels. So I'll see what happens there? A good spare can be priceless when they are completely unavailable.

tbishop11 makes a good point. Sometimes people will sell the rear wheel with the bearings in it for less than you'd have to pay for that one bearing. I see them on ebay... Something to think about anyway. Of course, you're still getting a used bearing but if it's a low mileage bike, the bearing is probably good.

              $78.46!!

Son of a *&^%. They actually charged me that, but i called them on it, the website showed 40-something bucks, so Shelly gave me back the difference. He must have gone into the site and upped the price right after. OK, that said, I no longer reccomend that shop. That's price-gouging. How much do they think they're gonna make, anyway? There are only a few of them left in the world!!!

                Theres always ghetto rigging?

Well at least they reimbursed you the difference? That would be lame if they had just hosed you and not done anything about it, I've had that happen before, not to mention names but their intials are Jeff's Cycles, aka scew you over, take your money, never send your part, and never return your calls Jeffs Cycles, its a catchy slogan, stay away from that place at all cost they are super shady! However I digress. I need to take the time to see what I can find at a bearing shop, maybe combining two bearings to meet the dimensions. The original bearing is 20 x 37 x 23mm (Id x od x width) so in theory you could have like a 10mm and a 13mm width or 11.5 and a 11.5, or a 20 and a 3mm shim, something like that should work and could save guys a lot of change. Here's my bearing post on my project I anybody cares to take a gander.

what is so special about that bearing is it a roller bearing or a ball bearing? I am pretty sure it isn't a tapered bearing. I am just wondering if an equivalent bearing of the other type (roller vs ball) could be made to work?
