There are two new hotels that have opened close by... a La Quinta and a Comfort Inn... They are a bit on the pricey side ($99) but they are new and have suites... If you want the info for them... please let me know...

As for our quiet neighborhood... I figure most of our neighbors moved in after we did... The bikes are almost always outside in one form or another... The neighbors knew what they were getting into when they moved in... masochists...
