Heh heh...if I leave now, I can just make it! (if I go by way of Alaska that is)

(actually, just a gratuitous post to subscribe to the thread...the lazy way)

    Looking forward to it Wayne!

My wife Nancy has informed me that she will now be in charge of all accomodations for the TeXSive Rallies as she is more or less an event planner by profession.

After last years hotel experience, I have been fired from that job.

Five is it? That still gives me the "Jheez, time really flies" feeling...but the "six" was really creeping me out..., "Jheez, time really, really, really, really, really flies!"

                  Ride on!

                    Daniel,

I'm guessing that I am older than you so I can tell you that if you think it is fast now, hold on, you're going into warp drive soon. So enjoy, enjoy, it ain't a gonna happen again.

Heh...kind of my life's mantra anyway.

I'm right at the age where I can have a midlife crisis and get away with it.

I haven't heard of anyone talk about them, but has anyone ever hit a Texas Speed Bump on their bike? (Armadillos for you non- southerners... lol) Those little suckers are solid... and they have a tendancy to JUMP right before impact. Hit many in a vehicle... and even some of them not on purpose! lol. Doesn't seem like they'd be any fun on a 2 wheeler.... Probably not near as devastating as a deer... but still no fun.
