  • BC XSives: Vintage in the Valley: Aug 17 Chilliwack

    Hi.

Don't know why they put a boat anchor on the poster

    Vintage in the Valley

Hope to see some XS11s there this year.

Any takers to cruise there together from somewhere in Van?

    Oh darn!

Bought a '78 XS11 yesterday and just joined this forum today, the day of this event. Cant make it out to Chilliwack this year, but I'll put this event on my calendar for next year!

Hope it's fun and some nice XS11's make it there.. damn that's a bummer, would love to see all the bikes!

      Hi,

Just one this year... Me. Hopefully next year a few more will surface. I met a couple of local XSives there yesterday.

I joined the BC classic motorcycle club and displayed my bike at their booth. Great bunch of guys.

Good luck with your ride. Post a thread. Everyone like progress pics.

I would have gone if I had known .... but on my ST1300 ..... XS11 long gone

.... but not forgotten ! .... that bike taught me how to tour .... and that led to a GL1500 (huh?) then a more appropiate ST1100, and now the current ST1300.

dont be afraid ... it's ok to upgrade ....
