Dave, Make sure to make a reservation 24 hrs. in advance, for the P.T. ferry or you may not get on. And for those of you who plan on riding the Highway Of Death A.K.A hwy101 this fall be warned the state has cut rumble strips just outside the fog lines on both sides of the road to go with the ones they cut down the center line and coated them with seal coat, be extra careful crossing these strips they may or may not be slick and cause loss of control depending on conditions. I asked the county and some local police about them and was given answers ranging from don't know to don't care. The only thing can figure is the rain water was leaking out the bottom of the cuts before it could freeze and create a strip of ice down the middle of the road on cold winter mornings.

I probably won't be going over, I've never been one for big crowds.

              gnevelesx08,
I will not be making the run up. The bike is kinda in non-operating condition. The rear end locked up on me, well I told the story in the members lounge if you are interested.

              Just not my luck.

              Have fun up there!

I might try to make this one. I went last year and need to keep my T-Shirt ward robe up to date.

I was wearing last years T-Shirt and a lady stopped me to ask how we go Oysters to run. No Joke! I told to chase them with hot butter and beer. And yes, she was blonde.

                  running oysters

Sorry to hear about your bike problem Dave, hope you can fix it. Im still going and plan to be at 11th ave (street) and commercial around 11ish. Hope to see you Denny. Who knows where I'll be parked? Usually cruise around till someone pulls out and I park in the middle row if I can. My bike (Ebaybe) is a Gray Standard with luggage rack and back rest. I'm gonna get as many oysters to run as I can by chasing them with lots of butter, garlic, and at least a few beers! Should be lots of fun, the weather is supposed to be in the 70's, overcast maybe but no rain. Still trying to get the digital camera ready to go.
Ill be walking around taking pictures of XSes I see and other interesting people and bikes, then post again on photobucket.
