If you have to cancel, as long as you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival you will get a refund of that reservation requirement of paying for the 1st night.

The group rate assumes we make reservations for a 3-night stay. In the rare case that someone runs into not being able to book or stay all three nights, call the reservation phone number and ask the clerk to transfer your call to Kristi Steed, the Group contact person at North Bend. She will see what accommodations they can for a shorter stay.

We have 20 rooms set aside, they come with either two double beds or a queen bed and a double bed. So double up to save money!

Price is $98.00 per night for either room. You will have to pay for the first night when you call in, and the last day to cancel is April 20.
If you are a veteran or over 60 tell them for a 10% discount. If you want to add a 3rd person to a room it adds $6.00 to the room.

The lodge has a good menu with good prices. We will eat supper and breakfast at the lodge each day. I have a copy of the menu in PDF format, I’ll see if I can post it somewhere.

I have the route about 95% complete, just need to ride down there and do an inspection….
Saturday Ride is to Belpre, OH and back. I found a sandwich shop / ‘bistro’ Just across the river from Parkersburg.
Sunday we ride to Brent Hoovestal's favorite buffet, Quinet’s Court Restaurant in New Martinsburg, WV.

I have arranged a fire ring for Saturday night.

I had in my mind a name for this rally which included Mike Cummings since he hosted a rally there before and that is where I first met him, but we don’t HAVE to include his name if we come up with a better idea. Totally open to suggestions.
