Back home after an overnight in Watkins Glen. Thank you Dena for putting this all together. And thank you Marty for putting together two fantastic rides. It was great to see everyone again, and I hope to see you at XS Southeast.

Were back home; Dave around 530PM me around 6PM...50 Deg. windy and overcast.....
We stayed in Edmunston , NB last night after a 9 hour ride. Today we stopped at Doug Mitchells for awhile, had coffee and yarned for awhile and he got his Tees Ralph....
It's always great meeting old friends and new at these rallies even if they all don't show up on our beloved XS11's...Cant thank all of you enough for all the work that went into making this all happen...Dena and Gary, Marty and Ralph and others we all appreciate your efforts.
I got pictures to forward, even a couple of Tina and Doug by their interstate.
Hoping I can get to another rally some time in the future in some fashion.
Dave forwards his thanks for putting on the event and meeting so many great folks and he is looking forward to another rally....
Jim Hamilton! I really missed seeing you!

Think we ran about 4000kms in total...including rides and touring....
The Honda performed well and that big windshield kept me dry this AM....
Need a new front tire as the bike seems to be hard on tires...
One other thing I noticed the Honda doesn't handle crosswinds as well as an XS11, all the plastic wear perhaps.
Bruce
Its cool here now. 7 deg. Celsius' got the woodstove going, and Wayne in Ontario with 30 deg....bike unpacked now, resting with some red wine....reflecting on another rally.

Thank you, Dena, Gary & Marty for your hours of toil to put together such a great time for me. ( & the others). It was great to see everyone & meet some new folks who are also great people like US. Really EarlG every weekend? I'm in!! forever!! Thank you all again for a good time.
That duct tape came in handy. The threads stripped in the lock. I'm at the Willville bike camp at Meadows of Dan, VA. I'm still enjoying the ride.
That's only '200mile' tape.....how far you still gotta go?.

I arrived home at 7 pm Wednesday. I found my wife terribly sick with flu. My trip total was a little over 2700 miles. Other than the broken fuel cap, my bike performed flawlessly. Thanks to all who made the 2015 event happen.
The rest are from the solo portion of my journey home.
The bunkhouse at Willville.
Bill gets his head lotioned!
Just before my departure this morning.
Bill Getter was born in June 1934. Brent and I met him at Willville on our way the XS East 2013. At that time he had ridden his FZ1 from his home in New Mexico and was on his way to his 60 year HS reunion in northern NY! He was back, and toting a Ninja 300 in his truck. He's quite the character and I'm glad I got to see him again.
I stopped at a new motorcycle resort right off the Blue Ridge Parkway on NC 18. I had lunch and it looked like a nice place. The view is looking up the road from out front.
