January 3,4 & 5th this year.
I'm in and I have been assured the reclusive and mysterious Tinman plans to attend.
Just wondering if some of the other usual suspects and hopefully some fresh faces also are going to show up for "The Show"
Perhaps Newbee could update us on XS North 2014 at Arizona's over a beer as well after the show.

depend on the weather as to my attendance. I'd like to go. Saturday would be my pick. I don't care where we meet as long as there is some sort of food.
I need a new helmet and some communication devices for between bike and passengers.
Last time i went I good a full racing suit for less than half price taxes etc. all in.

Hi Marty,
The International refers to the centre it is held in although there will be bikes from all over the world like Japan England Germany and China
Russia. Very little manufacturer participation. Used bikes and Choppers.
Plenty of bargains on helmets and apparel to be had. Much like here the big appeal is the people and hanging out on a snowy winters day with a huge crowd of like minded people. a wonderful display of a private collection of bikes which is like going to a museum.

Here I thought you were discussing the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows. Perhaps I should pay closer attention before I butt in.

A Glimmer of Hope in the middle of winter

The show here is very similar year in and year out as well. It is a nice motorcycle fix in the middle of winter and a chance to catch up with friends.
There is a nice vintage bike area and a quick walk through the Harley area to check out the models (not Harleys) is worthwhile.
Every year I pick up a great deal, this year will be headsets and maybe a GPS.

But they are right the hanging out after the show can be the best part of the show...... It will be a shame that I will miss that Tinman.....Rick/ are you sure he will show? It's been years?

Is it too early to talk about the other Bike show down by the CNE grounds?

Sorry we are going to miss you and Pam at the show Tom. Hope to see you a one of the rallies.
The Tinman is going to be there in person along with Susan as well.
Cat and I are meeting them at Arizona's for breakfast, Saturday at 11am, and proceeding to the show from there. Everybody is welcome.
Probably going to meet up at Arizona's again when our feet are sore and the money is almost gone.
