I just got my bike all put together yesterday. I'll take her for a spin today, but everything looks OK. I hate to say this, but the weather forecast looks perfect! I'm looking forward to another great XSEast!

Looks like I too will be a no show to XSeast 2014. My wife is scheduled for some surgery monday, and I expect she may need my help for a few days. I will miss Y'all this spring. The last 11 XSeast rallies were good for me. Y'all have fun. I will be back another time.

the wife and I are talking about coming out. as with all things, we're throwing it together at the last minute and on a shoestring budget. won't likely be staying at the Baymont, but don't be surprised if we show our faces, its our anniversary weekend and we're thinking we'd like to spend it on the bike. So I am pulling carbs today and doing some cleaning as I have sticky float syndrome, mounted some hard bags last week and we're just about ready to roll. I did take Friday off as the only real pre-planning involved, so its not all last minute. hope to see you guys there. have a nice day and ride safe

Ha Ha. That does look a little familar, But I have yet to pack, use, or mount a GPS on my bike. My Harley needs some work. Wife said "you need a NEW bike, one with good dealer support that suits most of the riding you have been doing." I bought a new 2014 HD electraglide police service bike FLHTP. Red and blue lights have been removed. I am getting used to it, breaking it in. Nice bike, but I do miss my cigar holder, fire resistant seat cover, grocery bag holder, waterbottle etc.

I will miss your smiling face at XSEast. However totally understand that a wife that sends you out to buy a NEW bike has to be looked after in every possible way.

I'm meeting a buddy at the Bridgewater VA. Sheetz at 10:00 am on the 23rd. the plan is to ride on rt 42 to 39 and over the mountains to Summersville if you are interested you are welcome to ride along
