Fri 5/23 - West through Roanoke to pickup my GF who is on a rendezvous route via Amtrak. Then to Summersville, E.T.A. 7-7:30
I'm not sure about my route here from Va Beach/Norfolk, but I might ride with you west.
If not, at least I can maybe meet up for dinner on thursday night if you want.

I have no idea what you're even saying here? If you go to Priceline and put in that town and those dates, that hotel came up for that price for those beds.

Might talk to that sweet lady on the phone and see if she'll match that? $32 is $32.

Greg, may we just camp at your house? I think there's plenty of room.

    Mountain Lake Campground

Short drive for me; maybe five miles and, to beat all, MartyA has smoking rooms available for a change! 'Just my luck lol!
Mtn. Lake Campground used to have furnished campers for rent too. They are currently closed for the season; don't know if one would get an answer, but their number is 304-872-6222.
If I can be of any help, shoot me a PM!

It's five miles away. I have pitched my tent here on three occasions (with motorcycle), but the last time was several years ago.
    Anybody want to rough it?

ok I maybe cheap in many ways but a roof over my head is still preferred to sleeping on the ground in the springtime in WVA...
