Any farkles, helmets, boots etc at this show? I was pretty disappointed in the NYC show a few years ago, for bikes as well as stuff. Kinda turned me off to these shows. However, it's a good reason for a little get together!

        Hi Dean,
The focus of the December show is on NEW mainly bikes although some helmets and other items have appeared in the last couple of years. We usually wander around eyeing the latest offerings then head off for a very late lunch or early dinner. Great social occasion as mosy XSive gatherings are.
January show is much bigger with plenty of vendors with deep discounts on "last years " colours There is a hall full of choppers and another with Vintage bikes and all sorts of Vendors with Farkles etc.to your hearts content.
Would be good to see you at either or both.

              Sorry Guys

Can't make it to this one, Daughter and Grandson's birthday. Going to be at the Great Wolf lodge a big indoor water park in Niagara Falls. He's turning two and is he ever going to have a hoot! My future son in law is a bit of a wussy so I'll have to take the little gaffer on all the slides. Maybe the one in January. Dean there are some grat deals at that one. I bought a full leather racing suit with knee, shin, hip, shoulder pads and spine protector worth $1299 Can for less than $550 all in.

What organizing are we talking about? I put the post up to get the party started. What happens after that is anybodys game.
I think it would be great to all eat together though. Lunch/ dinner usually takes about 2 hours or so. Tom, what time do you need to be on the road to get to where you are going for seven? Once we figure that out, we can set up an eat time then.
Phil, do you call ahead for the Moose or do we just show up with a head count?

If I recall correctly we met at Noon and lasted about 2 1/2 hours and arrived at the Loose Moose around 3:00pm
The west end of TO is only 30 minutes away so what is the problem Tom ?
We have debated Brunch before the show but that has always been shot down in the past.
Because we have been in the middle of the afternoon we have not booked a table ahead however if we get closer to regular meal times we might want to do so.

Still here Jim.... Our plans have changed again. We are not going to the birthday get together. So we are free to eat when ever the group wants to.

Are we still shooting for the meet at 11am or closer to 12 noon?

                            Hi Tom,
I suggested 11am to get a bit of an early start before the crowds really start. Although, it is crowded by 11 anyways. Does this work for everybody or is 11 too early?
We can decide dinner once we all meet at the show. Is that cool?
