Kieth tried to make reservations tonight and couldn't. I called Wyndham and they said that motel would be "unavailable." Apparently they are closing.

The Wyndham service is getting me options and will call me tomorrow morning. Stand by, we will be in the same area.

Hi Kids regrets Ive had a few and this is one I’ll mention I won’t be able to attend this event as I am scheduled for open heart surgery next month on April 19. It has been postponed once so we are really hoping this date will be firm. The surgery is to install a "mechanical heart" which is actually a device (LVAD) that will bypass and take over the function of the left ventricle, the chamber that pumps blood to all parts of the body. The hope is that it will let me do more activity and improve my quality of life. It may be a bridge to transplant eligibility or it may be the life long solution and I won't know this until much later. I will be in hospital for some time, probably a month maybe 2 as we have much to learn about running this device.
