I could tell you that after I posted this thread I tried to go back and edit the title.
Well..... that wasn't going to happen, so I thought I would just move on.

As an out of towner, and seeing as how there is a pretty good chance I will be working the friday and the sunday. I let you guys decide the timing of this whole thing and I see what I can do about joining in.

I just wanted for people to start thinking about the show and a meeting.

Of course weather may and sometimes will also have a bearing on my travel plans.

        Hi Phil
        If that being the case:
I hope than we have a quorum at the luncheon meeting so we can resolve, up and coming business that need to addressed.

There is a link in the corner after you click on the link above that allows you to save $2.00 if you buy advanced tickets.

What about meeting at 12 PM @ the doors of the south building @ the top of the escalators? That leaves lots of time for the out of towners to get there if weather is a little incliment.

            Hi Tom,
If that quorum comes with fries and a cold beer i'll have one too

Wayne suggests 12:00pm what do the rest of you think?
I would suggest the meeting place be down below between the ticket booths and the coat check.

It wouldn't be a Quorum without ya Phil!

Coat check / entrance would work. Not sure on the time thou.... I am a long way "out of town"

I think Port Perry is in the burbs...... isn't it?

Just so Phil doesn't get confused

A quorum is the minimum number of members of a deliberative assembly (a body that uses parliamentary procedure, such as a legislature) necessary to conduct the business of that group. According to Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, Tenth Edition, the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order, the "requirement for a quorum is protection against totally unrepresentative action in the name of the body by an unduly small number of persons.

But I suppose if they come with fries and a cold draft.... I might have one also.

No Tom, Port Perry is not in the 'burbs. I'm about an hour and a half from the show. Definitely not as far as you though.

                      Hi Dean,
It's about a 5 hour ride on the Mega Bus Only $1 if you believe the ads. Would be great to see you if you can make it. The ferry never ran in December anyway

I think they said The Loose Moose on front. At least that is where it has been for the last couple years anyways.

Hey Wayner you will have to wait awhile longer to see BDF .I was just speaking with him and he is in the hospital. He slipped on some ice and snapped his right angle and went in for surgery. He is still in the hospital and will have to stay off it for 3 months. I will be heading up to North Bay next weekend to winterize is bike and put it in storage for him.
