The schedule will run something like this.... but then again it may not.
See the show (kick tires, sit on bikes, tell stories, maybe buy something)
Eat at a local food place (within Jim's walking distance)
Hold a meeting to get some details of the XS North settled.
( you know ...who's doing what and why)
Maybe go back to the show and see what you missed OR wanted to buy.
Go home and plan for the January showTom

Sat is the 11th I like Sat. also how about settig up a time for a meal such as 5pm and have that as a meeting time those who want to go to the show early and wander around and maybe go back to the show, can. And those who would like to go a little later can as well the meal would be the central time 5 pm is probable early for most people having dinner so there may well be a lull at the restaurants, if we are done by 6 I think the crowds at the show might just be a bit smaller because then those people would be going to dinner . Just a thought
