    Do my best

I think I will be able to make it. I'll probably ride up on the 30th. Return home on the 2nd. Unless the Phat Boys talk me into a Thousand Island day trip while I'm in the area.

From my experience , That is a pretty ambitious length of a run for a one day ride with our group . Us older guys need to stop almost every half an hour for something ( toilet ,smoke ,coffee or a visit) . Every run I've planned ended up getting cut shorter for one reason or another . Also different riding styles com into play . Some like to cruise at 120km/h ,some at 80km/h . I like to shoot for about 100km/h for a group run . Also if one person has a problem ,all riders must stop so that can eat up some time . A 4 hour run with stops can turn into a 6 hour run pretty quickly and if any break down can turn into a long day . I like to imagine a loop with possible short cuts just in case .
Since we are shooting for July 4 ,we have some time to figure it out . I am looking forward to getting over the pneumonia and new fork seals and bushings .

Hey Alex, I talked to Matt today. He says those are just some good roads to run and we could pick a route that would include some not necessarily all of them.

                Got out

Got out to the Calabogie race track last night . Lanark road looks really kool . Fork seals and bushings are slated for next week so I hope I'm totally well by then .
