I have 2 luxury suites booked I am thinking of letting one go unless any one is interested

Hey Jim... not positive yet but, fairly certain that a friend of mine will be coming along. If not, we can look at doubling up. Will know more as we get closer to the big event.

Yes I saw that, at the Mountain View. I wanted to try the Ash Grove first, see if we can work it out. Hammie is sort of coordinating the sleeping arrangements, let's see what he can juggle first.

I just reserved one of the Luxury rooms for me, Sally, and Dena. We really don't need that much room, but Wendell indicated that is all that is available. Wendell indicated that 3 of our group have reserved a "Comfort" room with one person in each. Perhaps if the opportunity presents a coordinator could get two of them to double-up and that would open up a Comfort room for me and Sally and Dena? Just trying to keep the costs down.

Still OK if we don't work it out.

Marty some of us are staying at the other motel if you go back a number of pages.

Looking forward to the XS north trip. Looks like a fare amount of lads are coming from XS east. That will be fun. I will be bringing my girlfriend, doesn't sound like its as much riding. is it just a 3 day trip this time. heading out on sunday!

Hi Ben. Sorry to hear about things on the job front. The bed is available if you can make it to the rally. If you can't I'm sure there will be some last minute sign ups or tansfers from the other motel. Just in case, lets keep the bed available for you until we get closer to July. Here's hoping things improve for you.

Thanks for the well wishes Rick..if at all possible I will try to be there and Rhanks for holding the space for me...Jim is trying to convince me that I should ride up to hid place and then we could then ride up there together...I would prolly trailer the bike to Jim's and then the ride wont be so tedious...So the possibility still does exist
