exhaust mix-n-match?

I found a good deal on a yosh header off of an FJ1100. I need to replace the rusted Kerker on my 78E. As far as I know the port size and layout on the head is the same. Does anyone know how much different the frame layout might be to make this fit? I am not so concerned about oil filter access or center stand clearance. Since the FJ exhaust is bent to clear the body work and the XS has none I am thinking it may fit without too much trouble. Any ideas?
