Brake light staying on

While starting my bike up for it's mid-winter idle, I noticed my brake light is staying on. Seems as though it may be the switch in the foot pedal. When you press a tiny bit on it, the brake light goes off, then back on again as you press a little further. Is this an adjustment issue, or should I just replace the switch?

You may have some moisture in the switch. I would just try to remove the dust cover, and spray something to remove the moisture. CRC makes some spray cleaner just for this.
