    82 XJ and XS Front Fender Swap?

    OK, here's one for you XS and XJ owners:

    Will a front fender from an 82 XJ fit a Standard XS?

    It's winter and I'm on a parts feeding frenzy, so please indulge me!

      The XJ fender will fit on a Special. I did it a while ago. Now, if a Special fender will fit a Standard, then the XJ fender will fit a Standard also.

          What parts do you need I am cleaning out my shop I gave a way one fender There is a nohter one out ther What elece do you need.

              Hey, thanks, Bruce.

              Lost track of you guys on Sat. I ran into an old girlfriend(!) and got to talking for a while and never did get a chance to say bye to you guys. I had to cut out around 12:30. It was good to see you again. I'm counting the days to WV!

              I really only need two pcs. I've been hunting for an NOS Standard front fender for a couple of years to no avail. So I need a pristine Standard front fender.

              Also the rear brake shaft from a Special, I want to move my pedal outboard a bit. Don't be shy, I can pay! I'd rather see you get the dough than that old girlfriend!!
