  • saddlebag seals?

I have a set of OEM Yamaha saddlebags I want to resuscitate... but one of the rubber seals is missing... any idea where I can get one, or a reasonable substitute? It looks like weatherstripping might possibly do the job, but of course i want it to look good, etc etc etc... thanks and Merry Christmas!

When we repainted SWMBO's 'H a few years back, we needed to replace the seals on her saddlebaags too. The bodyshop we worked with had a line on quite a good selection of rubber seals and was able to come up with something that worked just fine.

I went to Auto zone, and found some chrome door trim, looks good, but doesn't seal good, so I wrap what I don't want to get wet, in plastic. Later 'Dog
