SF & LG brake pads

it's time to replace 'em and clean up the brakes on both ladies. All I know is that the pads are slanted for both models of bike. i think...

I see pads for sale all the time on eBay, but I'd rather get the right thing. Anyone have a favorite brand or vendor?

I just checked with the Yamarobber shop, and the front pads for the LG are $47.48 I would go with EBC pads myself, as they seem to work well and last for a while. They are also only about $25.00 per pair at Road Rider in San Jose.

My recent experience suggests that only one side of the front brakes is available from YAMAHA in the genuine YAMAHA brand. I too, went with EBC. They seem at least, adequate.
