Thanks guys!!!!!!! I have just recently finished doing the repairs/modifications to my 2nd and 5th gears as described in the tech forum, and a test ride was extreemly satisfactory. 2nd gear pulled hard all the way to 9000, and never jumped a tooth or did anything bad. Unlike the man in the article who turned his bike upside down, I pulled my engine assembly and turned it over on the bench. Thanks again for all the help and pictures in regard to this procedure. I can't wait to get out again this spring and dust a few more Harley's. Merry Christmas to everyone. Steve.
