Here she is, finally put back together and running, two full years later. but she sputters on accelaration - under load .

stuff Ive done, alot ! she ran pretty good before tearing apart. after paint, a bunch of powder coating, blood sweat tears, Ive replaced head gasket with yamabond4, also used yamabond on carb boot mounting surface against head, rebuilt carbs triple clean with blow and final rinse in gas, another blow, reassemble, only gaskets replaced, float bowls measured several times with make shift tool ( epoxied extension arms on mm measuring device ) presynch with bread twist tie svrl times. Airbox clean with new filter, fresh fluids, rebuilt brakes f & r, new dunlop treads and shocks, getting new exhaust for x-mas, current exhaust i havent found any holes. I bought the wrong replacement (made for cowl) seat as you can tell if you can see the pics, its nearly new and Im looking to trade for like new correct wrap around style seat.
Sputtering : starts up quick - no choke, but sounds like its missing. gonna get new spk plugs, coils check ok thru spk plugs, have triple colortuned, but wonder if I need to buy a Morgan vacuum carbtuner, I set colortune to blue just starting to turn color - to yellow @ 1k rpm. should I be setting to a yellow color? i read the tech tips.... but my interpretation.... uh hummm....
Ive stared at the vac advance wires a half dozen times, and every time, I would say "they look FINE practically new " did notice they occilated quite a bit when running. problem? how to clean and lube?
Ive done quite a bit more to the bike that escapes me right now, so ask if more info is needed.
