How do I mount Vetter bags?

1980 Standard. I have the frame, I have the bags. No hardware... anyone have photos or an idea on how to get these on? Will they fit with my rear rack? Thanks!

Appreciate it. I can see that the long bits go to the pegs... but then I am unsure how the rest works with the signals. And if it will even work at all with the backrest and rack on.

Here are two photo's of my mounts on the bike. This is a '79 Special, but the mount for the turn signals are still in the same spot. You can and should mount the turn signals to the mount using the holes DEEBS11 pointed out with the green arrow.
