MarkD do you have fuel filters on the lines? It's unusual to have a good running engine develop clogged jets in during the riding season.

Spend 60 bucks and get an ultrasonic cleaner. Here's an example. There is no substitute for ultrasonic cleaning in my experience. Boiling is ok, ultrasonic is the bees knees. Be sure the carb is completely disassembled, all jets out everything removed.

Hey DEEB, I do have inline fuel filters. All jets looked clean, but the passage in float bowl bottom may have been the culprit. BONZ, that's a good price for the ultrasonic cleaner. Guess I thought they were more pricey. I should get one. I do know that once all 4 carbs are working, the XS is a lotta fun to ride. Sad to report, we got an inch of snow today, and 3''-7'' predicted this weekend up here in Northern Michigan. Guess it's time for winterizing the old girl.
