    Carb slide vacuum diaphragms

Got most of the rest of the bike sorted, so it's time to do carbs. They look pretty clean for the most part and came apart fairly easily. The diaphragms are mostly intact but I have a feeling they haven't been replaced before so probably wouldn't last long back in service. I noticed on ebay that some people sell just the rubber, but looking around it doesn't appear these slides are serviceable. Is that accurate or is it ok to just buy the rubber bit? Also, what's the best place to get them to get some quality parts? I don't really want to have to pull the carbs back off again if I can avoid it.
