  • I want to buy some all new carbs for my xs11!!!

Where can I find a set of brand new carburetors for this bike? I have been busting my ass trying to fix these old ones and I have finally given up!!! I just want something compatible....If I could find a four to one carb that would really make my day but I will settle for just about anything right now! Someone please give me some advice and/or point me in the right direction!
    Thanks
    Greg

I don't think you can get "new" carbs for the xs100. You can probably buy new flatslide Mikuni's, or a pair of sidedraft Webbers, and put those on.
You will need about $1,000 for either one.
You should be able to fix yours, or have someone do it for a LOT less money. I've been rebuilding my own carbs for years, and it does get easier. If you find you need a body or something, I do have some '78-'79 carb parts.

You know you might be able to ditch the carbs altogether.

The link to the photos and vids isn't working but it is a pretty interesting discussion.

Rob Reil at Motorcyclecarbs.com will totally refurbish your carbs for about $400 plus parts! They are guaranteed to be just like new when you get them back. You'll still need to vacuum synch them, and might need to adjust the floats depending on plugs!?
