There's someone on the Suzuki GS repair forum that sells all the o-rings needed to rebuild your carburetor rack, this ad appears to do the same for the XS. Now if someone would include shaft seals, bowl gaskets, viton tipped float needles and those rubber plugs we'd be all set!

Saw the shaft seals and screw set after posting as well as the oring set with gaskets.
I've seen genuine Mikuni needle/seat combos for quite a bit less. Do you really think you need to replace the float needle seat on a well functioning carb? Seems that getting genuine Mikuni viton tipped needles is really all a guy needs.
Right now my bike is running well an the spark plugs look right but my exhaust smells rich,, the carbs look "Sweaty" and my intake boots are covered in RTV. Had a 82 Suzuki GS450 once that had BS32SS carbs so I'm pretty well versed on how a proper cleaning and reassembly goes. Considering that the bike is running "good enough" at the moment I'll probably skip a full dip and use canned cleaner and compressed air to clean them up.1980 XS1100G

You don't usually need to replace the float seat, chrome polish with a q tip in a drill will make them like new. Of course new o-ring.
