Did you measure you seat or choose a specific model to look for? Basically, would leather bags made for a Honda fit on the Yamaha ... or are they just generic saddle bags???

saddle bags come in many sizes lg. med small etc. etc. i just wanted plain bags no fringe or tassles or the like. Though theese did have a little leather thingy on them it's not obtrusive so i got them ,that and the bid started at .99 cents and i got them for 6.95. PLUS shipping 24 dollars. So for 30 bucks i'm way happy. i've been pricing them for some time and they go for 130 plus anywhere i looked. I would say they are in the medium size fit my bike pretty good. most bags come apart in the middle to adjust how low or high they will be on the bike. i actually had to go a little past the last adjustment to keep them off the pipes.
