Moderators- feel free if this does not fall into this category-But I don't like to carry a lot when I'm riding by XS1100. I have been using a Mountain Monkey/Mystery Ranch backpack for awhile but it feels awkward due to the waist strap and the overall length. I'm 5'8" and it probably should be used for hiking more than riding. I want to feel comfortable yet be able to carry my license and wallet. -Camelback maybe but then again I don't know if they have a zippered place to hold my things. I wont be riding on long trips just occasionally roads around where my Mom lives.

I've used a magnetic tank bag for my stuff. You can get different sizes, they are easy to take with you, and work great.

I have this one and I like it. Hold glasses, cell phone, tools and a rag. Expands for more.

Since I want to wear the backpack, I bought a new Alpinestars backpack. Does not have the strap for the waist and has 2 zippered pockets one bigger and one smaller. Its pretty sturdy and also has a zippered mesh pocket inside. Now just wish the rain would stop but we need it.
