I need parts

I had some web sites for parts and lost them and can not find them.

I need new intake boots form carb to eng. Anyone know were to find then at a good price? Found a place in Canada that sold them at a great price but lost that address, my computer only loses addresses that I need!!

Also need new plug wires. Thought about "making" my own. Any thought on that?

Partsnmore has a set of 4 for $90.00, also on Ebay similar prices, but shipping extra. Plug wires, you'll want to get solid copper core style, MikesXS has them, and I'm sure you can find them also on Dennis Kirk, and other places, perhaps even your local auto store!?

Now, are you sure you NEED the intakes. They can be badly cracked on the outside, but can still be intact on the insides. With it running, you can spray some carb cleaner, WD-40, etc., around the intakes and listen for changes, if NO changes, then the cracks are probably not completely thru. You can use BLACK RTV to seal and dress up the outside of the intakes to save some $$!

The intakes are done they leak, idles poorly also. Just found the how to on the plug wires. Now I just need to find the time to stop the riding. I will check out the web sites.

I looked I have eight carb intake boots. I can pick out the best four to make you a good used set. They will have some slight cracks for sure but insides are really good and they will last for years. Price includes shipping. $30.00 for 4 with clamps. e-mail to andreashweiss@yahoo.com
